Refund policy

Items can be returned to Engineering Stores within 30 days of purchase as long as the following criteria are met:

• The customer can present the receipt for the original order
• The item(s) are unwashed and unaltered
• The item(s) are undamaged and in a good condition
• Tags are still attached if they came with the original product
